The process was flawless

The process was flawless. What I appreciated more was the fact that unlike other car insurance companies they don't call you 5 times asking you to narrate the story over and over again like some *****. Insurance always makes you feel like you did something wrong by having someone bump into your car, I did not feel like that with them. They took the account of the incident one time and that was enough. They give feedback without having to be called. After this it will be hard for me to change insurance companies even if they have higher premiums. Service is everything to me and budget provided it and more. 💞
