The most disappointed Budget Insurance Customer.

To say I am upset over the service I am getting at Budget insurance is such an understatement. I had a problem with towing when I was involved in a car accident on the 23 rd of May until today it has not been resolved. I constantly make calls to my claim processor in hope of speaking to someone in management but I have not been able to get a hold of them. My claim processor keeps telling me that my matter has been escalated and is being treated with urgency but I'm not getting any assistance whatsoever. I feel that to them I am not important. Right now, I am just praying that my car is fixed and as soon as it is I am terminating my comprehensive car insurance with Budget. I will NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND Budget Insurance to anyone !!!! It has been a headache dealing with them thus far.
