The lady helped me in a way that i was not even expected, i thought mybe she will just email and tell me to wait for my insurance to respond but instead she made sure that everything will be sorted while im still there. After a weeks ive calling my insurance she just made it easy for me to get an authorization by the time im still with her. I was very lucky to be assisted by someone who is committed to her job like miss Virseker.
