'The Gravy Train'

I used to be a customer of Budget Insurance. No problem before. I am now with Outsurance. Been looking at getting insurance with Budget again for months now but it seems that their personnel at their call center's obviously all get a great pay package for doing absolutely nothing for the company. I'd love to work there and ride that 'Gravy Train' too :) I constantly get their SMS's, I reply, I get called... and that is where it ends! These guy's just don't understand the meaning of following up. If they even bother to check their system, they will see that I am right.
