The gent that onboarded me was patient and kind, the lady that assisted with cancellation was also very nice. I can’t say the same for the first lady who assisted me. She was impatient, unprofessional and very rude. Her name is Amina and she needs telephone etiquette training. Other than that, I was happy with the service and quote, unfortunately couldn’t go with the quote as my current insurer gave a better offer.
