The consultant was doing a good job in keeping me updated on the progress of my claim
The consultant was doing a good job in keeping me updated on the progress of my claim. He was always friendly and courteous. The insurance company needs to thoroughly explain why I would pay for an R8000 laptop but receive half of the value.
