The consultant I spo...
The consultant I spoke to Leeanne , was brilliant, I could actually feel she's been working there for a long time, great customer service and I felt heard..she Listened to my complaints and loomed for the best option for me...however when I originally was in an accident I spoke to a call centre agent and that lady was the worst iv ever spoken to. Didnt care if I was ok just just I don't have a policy with budget because she couldn't locate my profile..the management should actually pull up that call and see what clients have to deal with.
