The consultant I dealt with Simphiwe Zulu was really helpful and polite especially considering the fact that the previous consultant I dealt with was not as helpful as she was interms of troubleshooting the problem. I was really happy. Even though I was upset that this issue would have been resolved the first two times when I had requested assistance
