The cancellation was smooth sailing

The cancellation was smooth sailing. The lady wanted to understand why I was parting ways with Budget insurance and I explained everything to her. She apologised and sounded like she does mean it and she is sad that I am cancelling my insurance due to the poor communication between us (myself and budget)
