A lovely lady by the name of Thembakazi called and assisted me with clearing up a discrepancy in my monthly premiums, updated my excess, noticed that the tracking device I had requested in my policy was removed for some reason, called Netstar and sorted that out, increased my liability cover to R5m and my premiums were still lowered significantly.
