Clair Naidoo has been exceptional. Was about to cancel my policy with budget. I was not a happy customer but she took her time to explain the oversight and was very professional.

While I was very upset, we still need to acknowledge good service instead of having tunnel vision.

She was very patient, comfortable to speak to and made sure everything was done while I was on the phone ensuring no loose ends.

It didnt seem as if she was chaing numbers.
