Thank goodness for Kyle

I had decided to consolidate my Insurances and phoned to cancel my Budget Insurance Household policy but said to Kyle I had been so impressed with their handling of a couple of small claims I had so I wasn't leaving due to bad service but with consolidating you get a better premium. Kyle immediately said that they could 'sharpen their pencil' so I am now happy that I am able to stay with Budget.
