Terrible Terrible Terrible

Due to covid 19 lockdown during March April May and June i was not at work i had removed my vehicles from the insurance policy. In april my licence disc on 1 vehicle was expired. when i added the vehicles back to the policy i was requested to do self inspection and upload photos online. due to traffic departments still being closed i couldnt renew my car licence in time. the photos requested by budget insurance could not be uploaded online. i called budget insurance informing them of this and they said the system rejected the photos only because the licence disc is expired. so i couldnt upload photos of the vehicle because of an expired licence disc which was expired a few weeks earlier. i couldnt renew the disc because traffic departments were not open. eventually when i had a claim, budget insurance rejected the claim due to no photos being uploaded yet they knew i couldnt upload the photos due to an expired disc. Then i was told i was paying full comprehensive cover premiums for 2 cars but im only covered for 3rd party cover. absolutely terrible and would never take insurance with budget again. they promise you alot and deliver nothing.

you guys contacted me requesting photos again of my vehicle for the period between when i took the policy and the incident occurred and the photos must be dated.i mentioned to you the vehicle was in my garage during entire lockdown, around 4 months, and i was in a different province and i dont take photos every single month of the vehicle. your system rejected the photos because my license disc was expired and traffic departments were closed. secondly you guys sent me partial recordings of a phonecall and you sent my policy that stated i should have taken the vehicle to an inspection centre. why wasnt i requested telephonically to take the vehicle to an inspection centre? instead yourll requested i take 100 photos and email to 100 people. how am i supposed to know who is an AUTHORIZED inspection centre. Am i supposed to just go there with no arrangements or appointments made? And then when the photos were not sent through my claim was rejected, i was only covered for 3rd party yet i was paying for comprehensive cover. Now you guys, trying to cover your mess feel its easier to refund a client part of the premiums instead of processing the claim because the claim is more. pathetic service and im glad alot of people see it
