Terrible service, no customer service and inefficiency
I have been with budge insurance for more than 5 years and this is the first time that I have had to claim and the service has been terrible! There is no communication, they are not proactive or helpful in any way and are nothing but inefficient.

We have received confirmation from the Claims Management Team that the claim has since been finalised. In addition they have been in contact with Mr Van Der Merwe; the policy holder, regarding the way forward.
