Terrible service from Budget insurance

Budget insurance has really dropped the standard. I had to wait for weeks after logging a claim to be assigned a panel beater even with the constant follow ups i had to make. I was cometely dissatisfied with the service i received frim the panel beaters and upon informing Budget i still have not reveived feedback. They have a whatsapp line that was meant to reduce the waiting time on telephone call but tgeir whatsapp is cometely useless as it always refers one back to the telephone number. Why have a whatsapp just to inform me what your telepbone number is ?? The service is completely disfactory. I am currently looking for another insurance
