Terrible service from Budget Insurance

I submitted my claim and have been waiting for almost a week for someone to come do the inspection. Someone called me this morning and said he will be at my property at 12:00, I advised him that I will only be available from 16:00 and he said that he will call his office and then give me a call back. I called back 5 hours later to find out if he will be coming and got the answer of 16:00 is too late he will call the office and call me back. I tried calling 30 mins later to follow up and the persons phone was off. I then contacted Budget insurance to find out what is going on and they are not even able to assist me with the progress on my claim and what will be done. How difficult could it be to process a claim and keep a paying customer updated?! This is utterly poor and unprofessional service from Budget insurance
