Terrible service ...

I have been insured with budget insurance for the past year and have had a few issues one is that the debit dates are way before the 25th and I have called and nothing was done and the second us that as off December 2022 the premium just increased without notification or a call .. since December 2022 I have called 3 times and a promise to return my call was given to me but sadly it has not happen I am still waiting for my call back .. at this time I am currently shopping to change my insurance company
