TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I put in a claim in December, gave the agent all the details including the party that was responsible for the accident, after following up on the claim 2 weeks later I was told there was no information on the claim of the 3rd party, I now gave all this information again for them to get the access amount from the 3rd party, after no joy or any outcome from this I cancelled the claim and fixed the car privately. Budget Insurance thereafter decides to increase my premium by a whole R500 extra for a claim that was not processed and a vehicle that was not repaired by they them, when I had to contact them to fix this error I had to call 4 different times just to get through to an agent as the 3 times before the phone was just ringing until the call cuts off after 5 minutes of being on hold. I would not recommend this insurer to my worst enemy
