Terrible service

Absolute terrible service regarding a 3rd party claim, unfortunately didn’t manage to get the lady’s name that I spoke to but she told me they don’t do car hire for third party claims and I said estimated how king will this take as I am without a as car now and just before our conversation ended , she told me if I’m not happy with waiting 30 days for the claim I must go claim from my own insurance. She was so rude and didn’t help in any way. On another hand I got told by 3 consultants that I would be called latest by Wednesday and was given the name of to the person and I am still waiting for feedback or a call. This is shocking service and will never suggest this insurance company to people I know
