Terrible Service

Terrible communication and this is day 3 without a geyser. No-one explained the process involved of capturing the claim and since this happened over a wkend, it looks like nothing was done till we followed up the Monday. To date no formal quote received from their plumbers and no-one at Budget calls with an update. I am constantly calling and constantly doing verification only to not get helped
