TERRIBLE SERVICE BY BUDGET INSURANCE
Budget Insurance,
I called to alert them that premium were not deducted for the month of April 2020. I spoke to their agent and indicated that the date for permium is 16 April. I then made an arrangement for immediate debit of my account to ensure cover. Today I get a call to say there is no arrangement. I referred two agents to the fact that an arrangement was made for immediate payment. the first agent insisted that there is no arrangement. the second called and I explained the samething and I indicated to both of them arrangement was made and that I also requested for change of address. the second one drop the call as I was explaining. What a terrible experience with a company that I regarded to be good!!!! I am so disappointed
