TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SELFISH COMPANY

Budget insurance started to behave like a ****, they are increasing my premium by almost R700 from the 01 April 2024. Their reasons do not make sense, you can not increase insurance by R700, i do not only work to pay insurance, i have other things to do with the little money i make. I have a tried to ask them to take it down to R2000 or keep it on the old amount of R2500. They want to increase from R2500 to R3200. I am disputing this increase because i can not afford and it doesnt make sense. I want them to rework their unreasonable calculations or else i will have to cancel and post this to all social media and also make sure that whoever from my friends and relatives that i referred them that they also switch to other insurance companies. Due to this stubbornness and selfish behaviour they are going to lose most clients that i referred. They have a choice to rework my premium or i cancel then i move to another car insurance with my people, then last i will post to all social media networks for this terrible service. They are so selfish, they must fix this mess before i switch to another car insurance. i dont only work to pay insurance, i have other things to pay with my money!
