Terrible service

Budget business insurance is failing me, its been more than 5 days since I asked them to resubmit the debit order for my monthly premium, I sent them more than 3 emails that they must debit because its put me at risk if debit ddnt go through, I fail to understand why they don't debit because m at risk without the cover. The worse part they don't have bank details where I can do cash payment to stay covered. This is very worse, they have outdated system that fails to keep things done in time. Their employees are not helpful, none bothered to call after my several emails, if they can't debit, they must give me banking details to keep my cover active. WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY!
