Terrible service

Pathetic service I'm getting from the Claim dept Agent called Shane with empty promises and when they are supposed to call back you end up following them. My car was taken from me on the 30 Dec and till now I don't know where and how far is my car.

Canceling all my services with Budget.

Terrible and I will make sure I'm leaving with the 3 people I recruited for u.this is bull****
