Terrible service
Yet again I am truing to conclude my last complaint & get my car back I have been on the phone for a total of 35 minutes holding for assistance. I have emailed Mfundo who is supposed to be my consultant.
The customer service consultant told me to call him on the exact same bottle necked number so I cannot get hold of him either.
I just want my car back. Mind you, part of my premiums include car hire but since the service I received was so poor I have been unable to get that so I have been struggling for transportation for over a week.
I am defeated.
