Terrible Service
I have called on the 18th October - Spoke to consultant by the name of Sueraya who captured the claim, I was told that a claim faciliator by the name of KAGISO SETSHOGOE will be in contact within the next 48 hours either via email or telephone. TILL THIS DATE I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE!!
Can I please urgently get assistance regarding reference number : ***/5 before I escalate this up to the ombudsman.
