Terrible service

I took out insurance with budget threw a broker by the name of richard from motor happy when the lady sold me insurance for my vehicle I asked a question about me installing a tracking device in my vehicle how much would my premium decrease by she told me about R70 I then said ok after a couple of days I installed a tracking device in my vehicle and then contacted budget and spoke to another lady and I informed her of the tracking device I installed and I would like my premium reduced guess what she then told me that my premium will only be reduced by R5 i then told her that was not told to me I was informed of R70 being reduced,she told me that she was going to get the lady that sold me the insurance to contact me it's been a week now and still no1 has contacted me I'm so frustrated that when they want a sale they know how to get hold of u but when there is a problem on their side they don't care about you. I would like this email to get to the relevant people and this sorted out go back to the recordings. My contact details are ***
