Terrible service/

Terrible, Terrible, sitting 9 days with no laptop. They first said my claim was not valid after a electrical surge hit our whole complex. They gave me a new cord and said my computer was working. Well it is still not working, so now they picking it up again, in the meantime, I am loosing business. I have never met such a bunchnof idiots. Will never recommend them to anyone and in mynline of work, I get asked after who I would recommend and from now on, it definitely will not be them. The frustration and stress they are causing is shocking.
