Terrible service

They don't even deserve the star at all. On Friday the 26th July in the afternoon my car control arm came off as i was driving. I then called budget for road assistance. At 5:43 i received a sms saying they are locating the nearest towing service to assist. I then immediately received another one saying Lance will arrive soon. At 5:58 i received another one saying Lufuno will arrive soon. I waited till after 7 with no one showing up. I then called Lufuno and he said he cancelled the service. I then called budget for assistance but could not reach anyone. I called Lufuno again and told him i can't get hold of budget and i don't know what to do. He then gave me another number to call for assistance. I called *** i can't remember the name of the guy who i spoke to. He then said he will send someone to assist me. A guy came by the name of Sabelo Ndlovu. On his arrival he said the car should be reported as an accident but he will confirm with budget first. He then called budget and they confirmed that indeed its an accident. The next morning i went to report at police station and i was given the OB NO: 2357/07/2019. Before entering the police station i called budget insurance to confirm again if it was an accident and the guy i spoke to said yes. My car was delivered in 91 Banfield Road in Roodepoort i even got the confirmation sms. Then it went quet. I did not get any feedback from budget i then decided to call them on Monday 29th July around 5pm. The guy i spoke to said it's not an accident and he will escalate the matter and they will call me the next morning. As usual i never received a call from them the next morning. I then called them again after 11am. I was assisted by a nice lady called Nozipho. She said she will do the claim for me as i am being taken back and forth with no solution. She said i will be contacted by a guy named Chetty whom i have not received a call from till today. On Thursday the 1st August i received an sms saying they are busy with the validation of the claim. We are on the 2nd week now, they have deducted the premium yet my car is not with me, my policy includes a courtesy car which i didn't even get. On Friday the 2nd July i got a sms from my car tracker saying the battery has been disconnected i then got a call from Budget saying that they are inspecting a car. How long does it take to inspect a car? How come some of your employees said it must be reported as an accident and others are saying its not, aren't they using the same accident guidelines? On top of that you have the nerve to deduct my money yet i'm not receiving any active assistance from your side.
