Terrible service

I logged a 3rd party claim with Budget for a MVA. The driver of the car insured by Budget jumped the stop street and collided with my car. I sent all the required documentation to Budget and gave a detailed sketch of the events. Budgets client does not want to accept liablitity even if the driver of the insured car was at fault. I am liaising with Vekash Ganas, Third party Liabilities manager and not receiving any joy to the questions I have posed on email and still awaiting a call back from the General Manager of the claims department . The policy holder who was not the driver of the car at the time of the accident is giving different versions of the accident on each occasion Budget calls him. I questioned why Budget is calling him after they speak to me to hear his side of the story and I was told that they need to reconfirm with their client. Why do you need to reconfirm so many times? He was not at the accident scene when the collision took place so he does not know what happened.

Firstly I was told by Budget consultants that he drove the car, which I rectified and said that he was not the driver. Then he stated that we jumped a red robot, there was not robots to jump from the direction we were heading, the latest version is that there was a stationery vehicle at a robot which gives the driver of the policy holders car the right of way, which is once again incorrect. Each time I posed a question it is not being answered. I queried with Vanesh if there was A stationery vehicle at the robot in which lane was the vehicle standing as there are two lanes . Vekash rep**** stating that he needs to listen to the call recordings which was made to the policy holder. If the client gave his initial statement why must call recordings be listen to, surely the sketch that was provided to them by the client should show in which lane the stationery vehicle stood or the first conversation they had with the Policy holder should state that as the details are captured on the account. Why was their clients claim approved to have their vehicle repaired when clearly there is conflicting information given by their client?

Budget collected my car to be assessed on the 6th June 2017 and returned it today, 13 June 2017. I have evidence showing how my car looked when it was collected, on return my car has much more damages to it, why was my car tampered with at Telesure Yard?

I need someone to take responsibility of my complaint and answer all my questions. Why is Budget protecting their clients when they can clearly see on the evidence that their client is at fault? Why is Budget allowing their client to give different versions of the accident?. The driver of the car had no respect for: 1. the rules of the road by jumping a stop street, 2: no respect for their child who was not placed in a baby car seat and for driving at that speed and not being cautious, 3: for budget insurance who needs to repair the car due to her neglience 4. for the caos in peak hour traffic which she was the cause of ,and absolutely no respect for my car and the life long injuries my husband need to endure due to her neglience. Why is Budget Insurance still taking their clients side?

I requested that I be sent their policy that states Budget will only pay a 3rd party claim if the policy holder accepts liability, todate nothing was received.

I have an additional two cars insured with Budget Insurance, I am definitely shopping around for another insurance company that lives by their ethics and who is not biased.
