Terrible service

<p>I recently joined budget insurance and I was a client before although I stopped because as premiums increased considerably.</p> <p>I am not going to tolerate this nonsense of budget insurance about these terms and conditions that are not clearly outlined regading amounts that will be taken if one month's premium does not go through. It is ridiculous firstly that the client is not informed when attempts after are being made to deduct money from the person's account and what amount exactly because bank charges are already paid for premiums not going through and you cannot pay a charge at the institution for the amount not going through as well as another amount. It is ridiculous. The fact is the cover of that month was not given to the car so why ae even more additional amounts taken. Then after numerous emails are sent and calls made, you are still not given poper explanations about why different amounts and dates are then put in place for the client for premiums to go off. This is ridiculous and unprofessional and plain unfair!!!!</p>
