Terrible serice

I am cancelling their Tyre and rim after they have increased by more than 100%, i try to get clarity but they could not give me valid point. I find their information very misleading. when they recruited me, they never mentioned that they will increase by such percentage after a year. So since they are failing to provide valid points, i am cancelling their Tyre and Rim cover. They even failed to explain to me that their claim come with an excess fee, i had to find out when i claim. so due to that terrible service, i am cancelling their cover.
