Terrible Extended Motor Warranty Procedure Budget Insurance

Really unhappy with how the Extended Motor warranty was handled. I had to go through transfer after transfer, department after department only to have my extended warranty that was paid in full for months (granted over the 24 month period) cancelled at midnight yesterday. Nobody knew what was going on .

The frustrating part is that I did call regarding this (again months ago) and was assured the policy would continue fine as the mileage was way below ***KM.

As a result i was left to scramble at 16h45 to get another extended warranty
