Terrible Contractual ***** and THEFT at the highest degree!

I have been a Budget Member for more than 5 years. They called to add a VAS that included small dent ans scratch repairs. I asked for this to be removed October 2016, this was not done. I paid for this VAS and now when i want to claim to have a small dent and scratch removed they simply look at 1 quote and decline refering to their T & C's - which i still to date have not received. I am livid!!!!!!

When I called you about this I was simply told to fly a kite. Tian Theunissen and the call centre agent(s) I spoke to, told me you would not even consider a further look at this and it is none of your issues. Capturing a quote as a claim is not good business practice. I am still also waiting for the writing in regard my phone call yesterday at 14H22 – another example of how you keep promises. Just another 'put the cheap butter over the gaps' attempt to cover up your poor service and ********** ways. Unless you are prepared to actually respect the people who pay you religiously every month and who actually don’t just claim for *******, and you are prepared to come to the table with an amicable solution to buy back some form of integrity, this is not going to simply be covered up. I suggest you consider that people like me will not tolerate such poor attempts to clear your bad name.
