Terrible Claims experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. I deeply regret ever signing up with Budget Insurance. Their claims service is absolutely terrible. They take forever to respond, show no sense of urgency, ignore you on their WhatsApp channel like you're an inconvenience and even lie and say you submitted photos while you did not(a big red flag). After making you wait endlessly, they come back with an excuse for not helping you.

If you're thinking about claiming, prepare yourself for stress, frustration, and a complete waste of your time. This is not the kind of service anyone deserves.
