Terrible claim experience with Budget Insurance
I've had the most terrible experience. 0/10. My car got into an accident in April 2022. Now it's May 2023 and still not fixed! I get a lot of feedback from the repairer Auto Magic in Centurion and the view is the same every month: we are waiting for parts. Now, what is the purpose of insurance when one must wait 13+ months for a car to be fixed?! Missed business opportunities. Missed income and additional costs due to these delays. Super terrible. After so many calls and follow ups it might be time for the Ombud Office.

23 May 2023, 08:56Someone called on Wednesday last week and promised to sort this out and call me back the next day (Thursday). They never did. I called again yesterday and someone promised to call me back by the end of the day. THEY NEVER did! All talk and no action and promises are not kept!
