Terrible car insurance
What an unpleasant 3 weeks with Budget Insurance. They were able to assist with towing the car after the accident, after that I had to call their own selected service provider to get an update regarding the car. When I called not so long, I spoke with one of their rude and impatient call center agent. They don't even respond to their WhatsApp messages.
