Terible service

Budget we are not impressed with your service , instead of relieving us of stress you are causing us more stress . We did not give u permission to write of our car we just wanted Budget to repair the car it was only the fenders and scratches on the door that needs panel beating . Refer to conversations which took place on Mon 21st with Siddarth we did not agree with havin our car written off . I want my car back Iv been a loyal customer for years and we dont deserve this stress and we cant afford a new car
