TELESURE GROUP SERVICES (PTY) LTD listed in Credit score as an account

Good Day

I have TELESURE GROUP SERVICES (PTY) LTD listed in my credit profile without my knowledge, upon my investigation I was informed it was because I am doing business with Budget insurance. I have a month to month car insurance with Budget which I have never missed any payment not even once, in fact budget overcharged me on my policy and they were suppose to refund me which never happen.

The Lady that assisted me sent me a letter via email and referred me to credit bureau. when I communicated with them they said I will have to pay 3K plus to have my name removed and I do not have such money to pay because of the company's negligent. Why was this added into my clear score recording in the first place? Is this the was these company's **** us as consumers?

Please help me resolve this issue and clear my name.
