Telesure aka Budget Insurance uses s****yard parts to repair vehicles

You search for a decent (there are no good insurers) service provider. You ask the relevant questions i.e. what happens in the event of... blah blah. They ask for the tiniest details including like, where is your car parked at night etc. But here's a question nobody knows to ask: DO THEY USE NEW CAR PARTS WHEN REPAIRING YOUR VEHICLE? NO THEY DO NOT is the answer, not Telesure aka Budget Insurance.

You would think this is very pertinent relevant information to let prospective customers know beforehand right? Front and centre, in conversations, in literature, nope, it's hidden somewhere in the fine print of course. Way to go about losing customers Telesure/ Budget Insurance.

This is how their shim-sham, I mean 'policy' works; in the event you claim, if your car in NOT under manufacturer/dealership warranty, Budget Insurance will only pay for second-hand s****ped parts! Good to know hey? That's right, your new car that you drive 100 000km in say, two years, is now worthy of s****yard parts only.

Your money may be new, your business is good, your car, your investment, the thing you pay this protection racket to compensates you with s****ped parts. And good luck matching that exact part; in our case, a white left-front door, and mirror, with ridiculous advanced Jaguar electronics, with black leather interior and wood veneer (chosen from a wide range of different veneer options). You have better luck finding a unicorn. So we presume their plan is to find any Jag door, stripping the interior of the existing door, Frankenstein the whole thing together and we all know how well the different parts from two doors go together NOT!

So, forewarned is forearmed. Leave Telesure/Budget Insurance now. If your vehicle is not under warranty, expect then ******* parts to be used. If your vehicle is still under warranty, keep an eye on that warranty expiry date. FYI, our warranty expired just 4 months ago. We have two cars insured with them. Obviously, we will be cancelling the policies with haste and moving to someone else and yes, we will ask the question: do you use new parts when repairing the car?
