Talk is cheap and Budget Insurance proved that to me. Last week on the 20th of March 2025 I thought I had the best experience with Thando Mbatha in the Budget Insurance Claims department. She promised to refer me to a person who'd assist me with my claim within 24hrs. Guess what? I'm still waiting to this date to be contacted. I'm immensely disappointed, because I've been trying to reach out today and keeps saying line busy. Why should customer service be this poor at Budget Insurance?
