Taking Money from people

I have taken insurance with Budget. In November I got a call from one of their sales staff, that offered me and extra cover. I took the cover and was promised that the first debit order will only go off at the end of January 2019. Since the second of January every week Tuesday they have been sending me 2 sms's saying they have not receive payment and that very night they debit my account. So for the last 3 weeks my account has been debited 6 times and tonight another 2 Debit orders will be going off. Every time they take the debit order I am being charged R147.00 by my bank so if we calculate the amount all these charges it totals to an amount of R1176 excluding the cents. This is money i do not have to pay my bank due to a "Budget" company that cannot stick to an agreement that was made between them and their customer. So ether Budget pay me for all these fees I had to pay as they are doing as they please are I will be forced to take legal action against them.
