Taking forever to repair a car
<p>After I was involved in an accident Budget told me to take my car to Renew it Greenstone. Its been more that two months and they are still busy with my car. When I went to pick up my car two weeks ago it had more problems so i took it back and left it with Gary who has not geven me any feedback . I then contacted Budget complains department and i was refered the accesor by the name of Sello everytime I call him he keeps on telling me that he will call back and he never did. Now I have run out of options as no one is willing to help. </p>

It's been another two week and I'm still without a car all I get is promises. It seems like Budget Insurance are unable to resolve this matter. Budget were to keep me updated at least every second day but this has not happened in more than a week. How long can it take to fix a car while I keep on paying the instalments?
