Taking forever to finalise claims

I am very disappointed. If I did a proper research I could not have joined it. It is not a reliable insurance. Claims take long time. I am thinking of making more research about the top ten best car insurances in south africa to check their reaction time when their clients need them most and have YouTube account where I discuss the findings with my followers. . I don't think Budget should be number 8 in the list.
