taking advantage of father

This company will do everything to no pay when it is time for them to pay, we have been consistently paying our premiums for four years and when it is time for them to pay I am told that they were not able to update information, they can find every freaking call except the one where I update the information with one of their useless consultants and so the access is more than the claim so I must pay for myself, their service is **** and they continuously take my father's money. I will take this to ombudsmen and will cancel this useless insurance, trust me you have not heard the last of me, you always do this to your customers everyone I know who is insured by you have a terrible story about your service well I will not have that I will fight you till the end, get your team leader to call me like you promised
