I write in response to my earlier report \Think Twice"dated 27 July 2015.<br> <br> My claims was subsequently settled mostly due to a lady called Dorothy.<br> <br> She was the only person (and I talked to a couple) who stuck to her word regarding feedback and diligently followed up my claim internally.<br> <br> There were times when I phoned and were put through to four different people holding on for 10 odd minutes with nobody answering their phone (nor did they bother to phone back). <br> <br> I was fortunate to have Dorothy's direct line"
