Surprise Money back

I have been a client of an insurance company for more than 15 years before joining Budget Insurance. I never experienced issues with my former insurer when processing claims. Budget insurance offered me a great deal and I took in 2020. I saved a lot of money for being Budget client and also received a great service when I was claiming. Last week to my surprise, Budget deposited R10k into my bank account for not claiming on my policy. It was a big surprise because my former insurer has never ever gave me money back for not claiming in the 15 years I was with them.
