Substandard customer service

On 15th of March 2023 I called budget insurance to notify them about the bad tyre on my car since I'm insured for tyres and rims, I was informed to go to the nearest tiger wheels and tyres for the assessment of which I went to the pinetown branch on the 18th of March 2023 and the guy a tiger wheels and tyres took photos and promised to send them to budget insurance.I called budget insurance on the 22nd of March to make a follow-up and I was told that they received nothing from tiger wheels I was then informed to send photo of the vehicle details together with the tyre that is demagaged upon sending the photos I then called to follow-up on 24th of March 2023 and I was told that the assessors are still busy with my claim, I called again on the 27th of March 2023 I was told the very same story and on the 30th of March 2023 I called again to make a follow-up and this time I was told that they did not receive the quotation from either myself and or tiger wheels and was informed to go to tiger wheels and get a quotation bear in mind that it been weeks now driving a vehicle with a bad tyre and still expect to go myself to tiger wheels and what I don't understand is that why I have to run around making life easy for other people while endangering mine.
