Substandard Car repairs

In 2017 Budget insurance replaced a front bumper of my car after an accident with Auto Magic Midrand. In less than a year later the bumper started peeling and I complained with the insurance and they told me to take the car back to the panel beater. In November 2018 on a Saturday morning I took it to Auto Magic Midrand and the lady at their reception told me that my insurance had instructed them to replace my bumper with a cheap bumper than my original car bumper hence it is peeling. She told me she will call me the following Monday which up until today they never did. This is not fair because I pay my insurance premium without fail so that my car can be repair at a high standard but only to be told that my insurance instructs panel beaters to replace parts with cheap parts hoping that we will never find out. I am driving a car with peeled paint as if I am an irresponsible person and no one is willing to correct this.
