Stuck with paid up insurance
This is funny how I get deducted every month but the service I received is rather pathetic. I am stuck now with a flat battery at 20:21 pm. I call my "favorite" insurance and all they tell me is that I have to pay extra to get my car towed home. Then I am forced to leave my car at the dealership. I am really disappointed. I pay all the packages including VAP charges and this is what I get. I am definitely canceling my insurance and moving. This is really disappointing. Please beware of Budget insurance and their smooth talking agents!!! Sizwe Mokoena

Months later I was told your guys from the road assist would be refunding me R500 for the towing I had to arrange for myself. I am still waiting!!! I just bought a new car, will I insure with budget? No!!! Very very disappointing thank you for your service.
